At just 14 years old, Manikya Sanghi has already accomplished more than most people do in a lifetime. He is the youngest author of a fiction novel series and the youngest screenwriter in the world, and has won multiple world records and awards for his literary works. Manikya’s journey as a writer began at a very young age. He wrote his first book at just five years old, his first novel at nine, and his first screenplay at 13. He wrote a script for a web series and set two world records in screenwriting, including the title of “youngest screenwriter”. Manikya’s dedication to his craft led him to attend classes with expert, practicing screenwriters in the international and Indian film, Ott, and television industry. He was also selected for a screenwriting fellowship, where he stood out as one of the best emerging screenwriters of India.
Manikya’s goal is not just to write, but to direct as well. He has written scripts for episodes of a web series based on his award-winning novel series, “Chronicles of Tierra”. He hopes to direct this series himself and is continuously gaining new skills to make this possible. He is also creating comic books from the scripts he has written, responding to requests from his worldwide readers.
Despite his young age, Manikya’s life is a testament to the power of determination and hard work. He proves that anyone, regardless of age or financial resources, can fulfill their desires with a positive mindset and good work.
